The Ambassador of the United States of America to Djibouti, James C. Swan and the Director of the Prime Minister, Rashid Hassan Saban, launched jointly at the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti, a USAID funded project, entitled "Djibouti Elections and Political Process."
The Mayor of the city of Djibouti, Ismail Ali Yabeh, the representative of USAID in Djibouti, Stephanie Funk, representatives of the Presidency, the Prime Minister's office, the Ministry of Interior, political parties, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and members of regional councils, attended the ceremony.
