The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, yesterday presided over a signing ceremony of an agreement for the provision of a plot for Japan Self- Defense forces stationed in Djibouti.
The agreement signed by the Foreign Minister and Commander Yasuhara Kimura of the Japanese Air Force deployed as part of the fight against piracy, provides for the detailed operating facilities of the Japanese forces in the fight against piracy
