DJIBOUTI-The 12th session of the Regional Cooperation Forum was opened yesterday in the Yemeni capital. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Djibouti, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, and colleagues from Yemen, Sudan, Ethiopia and Somalia were in attendance.
